The 4K@60Hz is only available for laptops with DisplayPort 1.4 and 8K enabled. 60Hz only supports for the 8 devices: Macbook Air 13’’ (Intel) 2020, Macbook Pro 15" 2019/2018, Macbook Pro 16" 2019, iPad Pro 12.9" 2020/2018, iPad Pro 11" 2020/2018
Q2: Can all ports be used at one time?
Yes, it can. Please notes that only allow connecting 1 HDD/SSD at one time
Q3: Does this USB 3.0 interface support charging?
Yes, it can. I am using to charge the iPhone via USB A to lightning cable
You can charge an iPhone, but please note the USB ports are mainly intended for data transmission and do not support charging power(especially do not charge your high-power phone)
Q4: Will this work with Nintendo Switch?
No, it doesn't support Nintendo Switch
Q5: Does it support all Type-C devices?
Please notes that the USB C port of your host is required to support data, charging and video (DP Alt Mode)
Q6: Does the usb-c hub affect wifi?
According to Microsoft, USB 3.0 will affect 2.4GHz WiFi. It is suggested that you set your WiFi frequency to 5GHz to avoid this problem
Q7: Does this multiport hub get hot?
When the hub is fully loaded, it may reach a surface temperature of around 149°F, and this is normal for products of the USB-C multiport
